AGENCY UPDATE

Operating Procedures

While we believe the worst is behind us, COVID-19 restrictions remain in place.  We will continue to operate differently to keep our staff and customers safe.  When you come into the office, you will notice changes in how we service our customers.

  • For the protection of our staff and other customers, do not come into our office if you are feeling sick or showing symptoms of COVID-19.

  • We recommend that our customers wear a mask into the office.

  • If you cannot or do not want to come in our office, leave any documents or payments in the black mailbox outside our door and ring the doorbell.  We check that mailbox at least three times per day.

  • Until further notice,

    • we will only be servicing customers at the front desk or in the conference room.

    • our restrooms will not be open for public use.

    • hand sanitizer will be available for your use at our front desk and in the conference room.

If you have any questions or want more information on our COVID-19 procedures, please call us at (309)691-1300.

Claims Reporting

If you have an after hours claim emergency, please dial (309)691-1300 to get the phone number of the on-call claims representative.  If we are forced to shut down our office, we will continue to accept claim information and report claims to your insurance carriers on your behalf.  If you need to drop off claim documents at our office, please leave documentation in our office mailbox (black) just outside our office door.  Someone will be collecting these documents daily.

Premium Payments

You can come into the office to make premium payments.  However, we recommend that you make insurance premium payments online with your respective insurance carriers to maintain social distancing with others.  Insurance carriers that have this capability list their website payment information on your bill.  If you do not have access to the internet, you can drop off your premium payment at our office mailbox (black) just outside our office door.  Someone will be collecting these payments daily.
